Frequently asked questions

The lock comes from the source platform. Locked episodes are marked and skipped during download; the app offers no unlock, ad-reward or interface bypass.

Each of the three sources returns its own catalogue, so quality, episode count and even availability differ. Switching sources usually shows the difference.

Source interfaces change over time. Check your network and the source site first, then try the other sources. If all three fail while the source sites are up, the app probably needs a newer version.

Check the network, whether the source site opens, whether a proxy is interfering, and lower the concurrency. Reloading the catalogue usually recovers it.

Try compatibility mode, which changes the decoding and rendering path. If only one episode behaves this way, the source file itself is likely at fault — switch source or quality.

Check the task state in Download manager, retry the failed items, and lower concurrency to 2–3. If failures cluster on one episode, skip that episode.
